The Challenge

Boasting an eclectic mix of offerings from Grade-A office spaces, to luxurious residential units, an award-winning architecture and a slew of retail offerings, Marina One was looking to refresh its social media strategy to keep things fresh.

The Solution

With an understanding of all that Marina One has to offer, we took all these USPs and crafted a narrative that tells the story of how Marina One is ‘your space, in the pulse of the city’. This was then communicated through the renewed content pillars, web articles and creatives, along with monthly photoshoots with its retail tenants so as to achieve the desired visual tone and consistency.

The Results

Within the first 3 months, we’ve done a total of 4 photoshoots, 72 pieces of social content, 9 web articles and ran 3 online giveaways.
