Following some transitions in management, DUO Galleria’s new landlords were looking to redefine its branding and rebuild its social channels from scratch.

The Solution

We worked with DUO to formulate a marketing mix to meet their objectives. The team embarked on a content strategy that includes the creation of a brand new website, set up of new social accounts, and email marketing. This also involves partnering both tenants and the community at large to create synergy while building the DUO story and positioning.

The Results

The content and social media strategy has helped crystalise the brand positioning and proposition of DUO. These are further translated and weaved into various touch points -- from social media, website, to electronic direct mailers, to campaigns and activations.
