As a new contender in the consumer air conditioning space, Toshiba needed to stand out in a category filled with competitors wielding bigger budgets and familiar names.
Centred around Toshiba’s YouMe air conditioner and its R32 refrigerant with low Global Warming Potential (GWP), the campaign showcased Toshiba’s eco-friendly benefits. Introducing ambassadors Tosh and Shiba, we injected a sense of fun and relevance, using the clever play on ‘Toshiba’ (Tosh + Shiba) to create a household name with personality.
In just six months, our cut-through awareness campaign triggered through-the-roof engagement rates. Following this success, we were engaged to script a 3-part YouTube video, design a product catalogue and refresh Toshiba’s social media creatives for its YouMe 2.0 rollout.
